4. Payment Terms

Payment: Unless otherwise agreed, payment is 100% upon receipt of goods.
Payment terms may be adapted depending on commercial agreements between the parties.

Payment Method: Immediate bank transfer.
No order will be shipped before payment confirmation.

5. Delivery and Export

Delivery times are specified at the time of order. They depend on the chosen transport method and customs procedures.
SAVA SARL – La Vanille Madagascar commits to preparing shipments according to international standards and Malagasy export regulations.

6. Claims and Returns

Claims must be submitted within 5 working days after receipt of goods.
No return will be accepted without prior written agreement from the company.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

7. Force Majeure

The company cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from force majeure (strike, natural disaster, port closure, health crisis, etc.).
